  • Ultimate RideMay 28, 2011 Join us for a ride through some of Umpqua Valley’s best cycling country.  Pedal through the historic town of Oakland, enjoy views along the famed Umpqua River, and pass by rolling hills of local vineyards. Scenic routes of 20, 46, & 65 miles to choose from. After the ride, enjoy a hot meal and beverages at the Sutherlin Community Center catered by Pedotti’s… and wine tasting??

  • Get InvolvedEven if you aren’t running, cycling, or swimming, you can still get involved!  Without the support of spectators and volunteers, these events would not be possible.

  • See & DoNestled in a lush, forested region known as the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua, Douglas County’s diverse region offers plenty to be explored.  World-class fishing, Oregon’s oldest estate winery, numerous waterfalls, hiking, and the North Umpqua Trail, named one of the most epic rides of 2011 by the International Mountain Bike Association, are just some of the adventures to be found in Douglas County. Umpqua Valley’s wine region is on Sunset Magazines “it” list for 2010 travel destinations and was named one of North America’s Top 10 Wine Destinations by TripAdvisor.  Visit Umpqua Valley UVA to learn more about the areas wineries and tasting opportunities.
